Saxon is a consistent high second early yield of baking potatoes. Boils and bakes with good texture and freedom from cooking blackening or disintegration. Produces bold, bright tubers with excellent black dot resistance allowing long-term storage. Excellent blackleg, PCN Ro1 and powdery scab resistance. Produces early dry matter with good fry colour.[1]
